Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the financial services industry, operational knowledge and a willingness to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-driven environment. As an Associate Analyst, you will support the operational tasks and projects related to providing advisors outstanding service through Admin Solutions. 

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in daily task assignments with other team members to process operational needs related to Admin Consultant technology set up and maintenance, onboarding new Admin Consultants, and managing an internal knowledge library

  • Assume responsibility of projects & tasks while developing fundamental concepts, practices and procedures

  • Pro-active communication with our internal business partners with updates and reporting

  • Become accomplished in use of all relevant department tools and resources

  • Assist in developing and improving quality and processes to create a consistent service experience

  • Support and contribute toward the successful execution of projects and initiatives that support Admin Solutions priorities

What are we looking for?

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of industry experience (preferably financial services) in Operations

  • Intermediate skills in MS Office (especially Excel) and Smartsheets

  • Highly detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Possesses strong collaboration and team-building awareness

Core Competencies:

  • All Microsoft applications, particularly, VISIO, WORD, ACCESS, PowerPoint and Excel (VBA)

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

  • Ability to work with and communicate effectively to various levels throughout the organization

  • Strong attention to detail with a pro-active approach to solving and preventing problems

  • Ability to work under pressure/deadlines and manage multiple priorities

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Preferences:

  • Previous experience in data management or analytics

Pay Range:

$20.23-$33.71/hour


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
