About the role

Who we are...

Pearl Health is powering the future of healthcare. We help primary care providers and organizations to deliver quality healthcare to the patients who need it most, when they need it most — and get rewarded for keeping patients healthy.

Our technology, services, and financial tools enable better, more proactive care, decrease total cost of care across patient panels, and optimize performance in value-based care models for Traditional Medicare and Medicare Advantage.

We are a team of physicians and public health experts (Stanford, Harvard, Mount Sinai), technologists (athenahealth, Amazon, Meta, Flatiron), healthcare innovators (Centivo, Aledade, Stellar, Arcadia), and experienced risk management professionals (CVS/Aetna, Humana, Oscar) who believe that primary care providers are the key to addressing our healthcare system’s biggest challenges.

Since its founding in 2020, Pearl has expanded to partner with thousands of primary care providers in practices and organizations across 44 states. Our investors include Andreessen Horowitz, Viking Global Investors, AlleyCorp, and SV Angel.

The role...

  • Serve as an external evangelist for Pearl Health, promoting our capabilities and vision in the healthcare industry

  • Build and enhance Pearl Health's brand through thought leadership, speaking engagements, publications, and participation in industry events

  • Champion Pearl customer needs internally and frame the voice of our customers to evangelize provider needs in value-based care as part of Pearl's external brand

Operational Integration:

  • Partner with Operations, R&D, and Growth leadership to integrate new business lines, ensuring seamless adoption and alignment with company goals

  • Facilitate the introduction and onboarding of net new offerings and capabilities, partnering with Customer Success to educate clients so they can make the most impactful use of all Pearl has to offer

Who you are...

  • MD or DO with an active medical license

  • 7+ years of executive leadership experience in healthcare organizations, with demonstrated success in customer-facing roles

  • Deep understanding of Medicare and value-based care models

  • Experience partnering with complex client relationships, particularly enterprise organizations (e.g., Independent Provider Associations (IPAs), Clinically Integrated Networks (CINs), Managed Services Organizations (MSOs), and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs))

  • Strong operational acumen with the ability to develop and implement scalable processes and systems, paired with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex clinical and financial data
