Job and Ideal Candidate: 

• Responsibilities include high-volume scheduling over the phone, assisting with patient and doctor requests over the phone, preparing patient files, and other phone-related administrative tasks 
• The right candidate will be able to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. This is NOT a front office/receptionist position. 
• Schedule patients utilizing electronic scheduling for a multi-provider, multi-specialty medical practice -Minimum typing speed 50 wpm 
• Manage patient communication with compassion and integrity 
• Attention to extreme detail and accuracy 

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of working well on teams and delivering excellence 
• Excellent verbal and written skills required. Customer service experience a plus 
• Alignment with the values and mission of Vanguard Skin Specialists 

Schedule: 

This is a full-time position with business hours Monday to Friday. This position is based out of our Pueblo office. Initial training will occur in Colorado Springs and post-training schedules include one Friday per month in Colorado Springs. This position includes a hybrid schedule post-training completion.  

Reviews: 

Vanguard Skin Specialists believes in providing regular feedback and encouraging professional development. For the first year, you will have reviews every quarter with the opportunity for compensation increases. After one year, you will be included in the next of our upcoming semi-annual spring or fall review cycles for your formal reviews, and thereafter your compensation reviews will occur in that cycle (fall or spring) annually.

Compensation & Benefits: 

Compensation is $19-$21 an hour (based on experience) with eligibility for overtime and paid time off. The practice covers a portion of the premium for medical benefits and offers vision,
