The Maintenance Planner assists the 135 Maintenance department in providing the necessary maintenance resources and record keeping that is required to increase plant productivity. Identify and prioritize multiple projects and perform work with a constant awareness of improving processes. Preparation of reports, metrics, and other tracking tools will allow this employee to succeed.

Forecast and coordinate a schedule.
Produce a maintenance schedule.
Overseeing the execution of your plan or schedule.
Evaluating proposals for the expansion or updating of your schedule.
Monitoring any inconsistencies and making adjustments to improve efficiency.
Reporting on progress and any issues that emerge.
Close attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Good problem-solving skills
Support Maintenance Control with scheduling issues as needed

QualificationsRequired education and experience
High School diploma or Equivalent
3-5 years with experience in Aviation field, corporate preferred.
Have good prioritization and multitasking skills.
Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, etc.).
Be able to work with tight deadlines.
Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States without sponsorship
