Position Summary
The Senior Analyst, Business Analytics role is part of Provider Data Services - Data Validation & Quality team that supports multiple initiatives by working with internal business partners to uphold the integrity and accuracy of provider data via large tasks and ad hoc projects. The role will perform research by analyzing information, which will require reporting on provider data utilizing Alteryx and Reporting Provider Database.
The Senior Analyst, Business Analytics is innovative and works independently and in a team environment. They may document specifications and process, produce information to satisfy business request. The role can clearly present ideas to peers within the department, key business partners, and senior leadership through emails and calls. This is a technical, independent contributor role, which is critical to the provider data accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years related work experience.
- 3-5 years of extensive understanding of EPDB.
- Prior Project Management Experience
- 5 years of Pprior experience with data analytics.
- Proven communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Alteryx/RPDB Reporting Experience
Education
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,700.00 - $107,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
