Position overview:
The Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Division of Child Support Services is seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to serve as Child Support Account Reconciliation Operations Bureau Chief. This position plans, directs, and evaluates the operation and activities of the bureau as well as developing, recommending, and implementing policies and procedures. The position also monitors and confirms implementation of the intake and the sanctioning processes while monitoring adherence to federal and state laws, rules, and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. The candidate will demonstrate their dedication to teamwork, the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, a strong supervisory background including experience managing a large staff, managing large scale operations, and the desire to promote and provide quality services on behalf of the State of Illinois.
