Supporting the Program Operations teamCommunicating directly with customers via email and phoneCommunicating directly school and community partners 
Scheduling to promote upcoming seasons and events
Organizing and managing the enrollment process Assisting in the preparation of marketing materialsOffice management of equipment, distribution and inventory


Qualifications:Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
Effective organizational/administrative skills 
Computer/application skills (Mac & Google products, Microsoft office suite)
