TDS provides electrical, instrumentation and control construction, testing, and start-up and commissioning services to the Power Generation, Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical, Heavy Process, and other Industrial end markets.

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company in search of an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team to support a large industrial construction project in Southeast Texas.

As an Electrical Superintendent within our team, you will oversee multiple crews to implement the installation construction of large-scale industrial electrical systems. Managing work sequencing, production expectations, and monitor scheduling to ensure safe and timely completion of all projects. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ideal candidate will possess significant prior experience organizing and administering multiple electrical related crews on large industrial work sites. You should have ample experience with the installation and construction processes, and thorough knowledge of workplace electrical safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple crews in the successful completion of industrial electrical construction projects.
• Manage Material Procurement and Requisition needs.
• Establish Workflows and Sequences to ensure projects remain on track.
• Collaborate with client/ owner to complete projects within defined timelines.
• Enforce Safety Regulations and foster a culture of Workplace Safety.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent/ Project leader with a focus on the installation and construction of heavy industrial electrical systems & related infrastructure.
• Strong Electrical Aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.

Required Qualifications:

• Master Electrician License and/ or Related Technical Degree, NCCER Certification Preferred.
• 5+ years’ Experience Supervising/ overseeing electrical construction projects within an industrial environment.
• Previous Experience with Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical facility construction.
• Strong leadership skills and a demonstrated history of successful leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of deadlines.
• Knowledge of industry-specific codes, regulations and standards.

Project: Large LNG Processing & Terminal Facility- New Construction

Location: Corpus Christi, TX

Duration: 12-18+ months (could extend)

Schedule: 4-10’s (Mon-Thurs) + 8hr (Fri)

Pay-rate: Based Upon Experience

Overtime: Yes, 1.5 on all O/T hours

Per Diem: Yes, $130/day x 7 days per week

Start Date: June 2024

This job involves both indoor and outdoor work. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

• Lift, carry and/or move up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Climb ladders, staircases, step stools, stand, walk, sit, and operate vehicles for extended periods.
• Bend, stoop, crawl and work in awkward positions or confined spaces for several hours.

The employee may occasionally be required to:

• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions including intense heat/cold, muddy and wet environments.
• Perform precision tasks with instruments and fittings.
• Communicate verbally and in writing.
