Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to lead the development, integration, deployment, and expansion of our AI platform across multiple infrastructures. As the Product Manager for Appliance and Infrastructure initiatives, you will define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable solutions that meet business and customer needs. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, DevOps, software architecture, and operations, you will drive enterprise-level outcomes that transform customer experiences. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on AI SW products and/or GPU server technologies
Deep understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and AI infrastructure fundamentals
Ability to map GenAI SW use cases across inferencing, fine-tuning, and training workloads to AI accelerator/cluster configurations
Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate GenAI SW + HW tech stack to various audiences
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling enterprise-level products
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across partners and customers
Aptitude to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, program / project management, finance, sales, marketing.
Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out arguments in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.

Responsibilities:
Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize features and enhancements based on business & technical objectives, market research, customer research and feedback. Develop and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and release plans.
Product Development: Lead product development lifecycle from concept to launch, including gathering requirements, creating user stories, and managing sprints. Develop detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories, outlining functional specifications, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
Product Strategy: Develop strategies for scaling appliances from a single server to large clusters, considering hardware and infrastructure constraints such as CPU cores, memory, and interconnects in large-scale deployments for cloud and on-prem deployments.
Guide software development teams in making hardware-conscious decisions that impact performance and scalability.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in hardware, including accelerators, and high-performance computing trends.
Risk Management: Accountable for ensuring that the product capabilities are valuable and viable. The product manager is also responsible for collaborating with product technologists, applied research and engineering teams to address feasibility and usability risks.
