We are seeking a Product Manager to play a key role in Lucid Financial Services’ operations. This is a critical role that requires exceptional organizational skills, project management experience, business acumen, and analytical skills.
As the Product Manager you will focus on overseeing several work streams within the financial services functions. You will assist in market research; connecting with banks, leasing companies, and technology providers and design the related business processes; and the overall execution of financial services projects and workstreams.
The Product Manager will report to and work closely with the Director of Financial Services and Regional Operations Managers.

We are seeking a Product Manager to play a key role in Lucid Financial Services’ operations. This is a critical role that requires exceptional organizational skills, project management experience, business acumen, and analytical skills.
As the Product Manager you will focus on overseeing several work streams within the financial services functions. You will assist in market research; connecting with banks, leasing companies, and technology providers and design the related business processes; and the overall execution of financial services projects and workstreams.
The Product Manager will report to and work closely with the Director of Financial Services and Regional Operations Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop process maps for finance journey defining hand-offs between financial services, sales ops and banks as it relates to vehicle financing
- Schedule and lead operational project meetings and ensure follow-up of action items in support of Financial Services
- Coordinate all activities to prepare for several market launches simultaneously and resolve cross-functional issues at a project level
- Conduct market research to outline market dynamics, including commonly offered financial products
- Responsible for holding internal and external stakeholders accountable for deliverables
- Identify areas of improvement within operational processes and procedures and take the lead cross-functionally to improve efficiency
- Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards and executive presentations and updates to report on Financial Services performance
- Advise and inform Lucid management on contract negotiations with financial and technology partners
- Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison between Financial Services and internal stakeholders
- Perform postmortem reports upon completion of each market launch; evaluate the success of each project and determine best practices
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ experience in product management or project management, process mapping or program management.
- Automotive, Financial Services or Marketing experience preferred
- Highly analytical mindset with competence in leveraging data to provide insights.
- Entrepreneurial, out-of-the-box thinker who is intellectually curious with a strong work ethic
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate complicated concepts and recommended courses of action to engage diverse audiences
- Ability to think strategically, drive for results, continuously drive innovation, and inspire the organization to achieve and exceed its objectives.
- Must be able to multi-task, be flexible, and perform in a fast-paced environment
- BA/BS degree required
