Lead Technical and Research Recruiter

At Luma, we're overhauling the outdated, complex 3D tools that make 3D creation costly and limited. We're harnessing the power of AI to break down these barriers, opening up the world of 3D to everyone. Your role as Lead Recruiter is crucial for helping us achieve our mission.
You'll spearhead our technical recruitment process from the initial sourcing of candidates right through to their onboarding. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to define the technical requirements necessary for our engineering and research roles, ensuring we identify individuals with the right knowledge, skills, and experience. You will design, roll out, and manage recruitment strategies aimed at pinpointing and attracting the highest caliber of talent. Concurrently, you'll focus on creating a robust, data-driven talent pipeline and cultivate lasting relationships with prospective candidates.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in technical recruiting, preferably in hiring researchers and engineering teams
• Ability to calibrate well on research roles and assess candidate suitability for specialized technical roles
• Demonstrated commitment to staying current with advancements in the field
• Extensive experience with various recruiting tools and platforms to effectively source and attract top talent
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously while meeting hiring goals
