The Role:

Reporting to the Director of Implementation, the Senior Project Manager will lead successful execution of highly complex and difficult projects with Arine’s largest clients. They will do so by driving and guiding project plan development and execution, using consistent process and strong communication to set and meet internal and external stakeholder expectations. The Senior Project Manager will be a passionate advocate for Arine and ensure the platform is implemented on time, on budget, and with high quality to meet our clients’ business needs.

What You'll be Doing:

• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success and technical teams to drive a smooth client transition from the sales cycle through implementation launch with client and internal stakeholders
• Project manage and oversee one or more highly complex implementations and/or internal company initiatives simultaneously 
• Manage cross-functional internal team to meet milestones and timelines outlined in the SOW, project charter, and work plan
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and decisions for one or more highly complex implementations simultaneously
• Maintain a deep understanding of Arine’s products and platform to inform key business requirements and decisions during implementations
• Collaborate on communication plans to set, manage and meet external stakeholder expectations and drive accountability for obtaining final approvals on client deliverables
• Lead key internal initiatives to drive efficiencies and best practices for implementation processes, workflows, and tools
• Be accountable for successful on-time, on–budget implementation deliveries and client satisfaction to meet both client and organizational goals
• Partner with Client Success teams to lead a smooth client transition from implementation to ongoing operations and account management
