THE JOB:

Are you passionate about French cuisine and seeking a dynamic role in a renowned fine dining establishment? Rivea at Mandalay Bay invites you to join our team as a Food Runner. We are committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences and are looking for individuals who share our dedication to excellence.

THE PAY:  $13.9589 plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Delivering dishes from the kitchen to guests' tables promptly and accurately.

• Assisting in food preparation and plating under the guidance of our talented culinary team.

• Collaborating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area and workstations.

• Upholding our high standards of food quality and presentation.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred. This is a great position to gain experience in fine dining.

• Passion for food and beverage with a desire to learn and grow in the industry.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Strong communication and professional appearance.

• Must be 21 years or older

• Must be able to work on call schedule

• Able to obtain Food Handler's and Alcohol Awareness Card
