ECHO and LTSAE Project Support

Overview
Project ECHO and “Learn the Signs. Act Early.” (LTSAE) at the IDRPP seek a qualified individual to work with the ECHO team to support program development and recruitment. LTSAE is a program that supports parent-engaged developmental monitoring and healthy development. Project ECHO is a free professional development platform supported by the IDRPP and the ECHO Network. We currently support four ECHO Networks and anticipate future growth. For more information on Project ECHO and LTSAE, please visit:

This is an hourly, non-benefited position. This position is contingent on funding.
Responsibilities
- Attend ECHO sessions and assist with back-end duties.
- Edit and caption videos from sessions.
- Maintain web page for ECHO networks.
- Work with the ECHO team to increase session attendance.
- Assist the ECHO team with marketing materials.
- Work with the ECHO team to address the needs of each ECHO network.
- Maintain minutes at HUB meetings and Core meetings.
- Create and post social media content for Learn the Signs. Act Early.
- Mail out materials for Learn the Signs. Act Early.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge of early childhood programs and related fields.
- Experience working with video editing software.
- Experience with marketing strategies.
- Experience working with teams.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PDFs.
- Database management skills.

Advertised Salary
$17.00 per hourADA
Employees work indoors and are protected from weather and/or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes. The employee is regularly required to sit and often uses repetitive hand motions.

The IDRPP opened its doors in 1972 and was the first UCEDD program in the U.S. to focus on the educational and social needs of children and adults with disabilities. Over the past 50 years the IDRPP has grown into one of the largest UCEDD programs in the nation and is recognized as a pioneer in research, training, technical assistance, and services for children and adults with disabilities, their families, and the professionals who serve them.
