About the role

Job Summary

Work closely with the Medline Acute Care sales team to provide insight into processes by helping to grow new business, as well as secure or enhance current business for our Urology division. Linking clinical practice to products and programs by building strategic relations with healthcare personnel.

Provide clinical expertise and customer education programs, materials, and resources in support of Medline Urology products.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and nurturing client relationships by developing strong relationships with key decision makers;

  • Presenting/selling new products or solutions and maintaining existing business;

  • Implementation support for urology programs;

  • Analyze relevant data;

  • Map procedures for supply protocols;

  • Conduct clinical reviews or observations to recommend improved or best practice, process, metrics or models;

  • Conduct utilization reviews: identifying waste, standardization opportunities, clinical practice adjustments 

  • Work closely with the Business Analyst Team and Sales Rep to identify product opportunities within an engagement.

  • Attend in key customer conventions when requested to further expand the concept and development of Medline branded items and engage with customers

  • Contribute to the development of new products along with the modification and improvements of existing products by providing customer (end user) insight for process enhancement and improvement opportunities

Customer Engagements Include:

  • Product Trial/Validations

  • Implementation support of new products/programs

  • Utilization reviews

  • Comprehensive Program Assessments

Requirements:

  • ​​Valid RN License

  • A minimum of 5 years direct patient care experience

  • Experience working in the ER, ICU or urology

  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and computer system technology

  • Experience presenting to and coordinating professional level meetings, including preparation of agendas, documenting meeting minutes etc.

  • Position requires travel up to 75% of the time in a multi-state territory (within state and out of state) 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Clinical Team Leader/Coordinator or Manager/Director level experience
