Independent Contractor, Salesforce Analyst, Business Operations What You’ll DoAs an independent Contractor, Salesforce Analyst you will lead high value projects related to Salesforce and work with business stakeholders, technical staff and partners to effectively deliver solutions in Sales Cloud and Pardot /Marketing Cloud Engagement. This role will drive improvements and efficiencies through automation, process improvement, user experience and analytics. The Salesforce Analyst Contractor will evaluate enhancement requests from users and key business stakeholders to determine need, feasibility and offer recommendations with suggested prioritization based on anticipated business impact and client needs.  To deliver these solutions, the ideal candidate will become an expert in Vaniam Group’s business environment, how Salesforce is currently being utilized A Day in the LifeDeliverables
  • Manage the product roadmap, release planning and delivery of key features for SFDC
  • Act as a technical business analyst on overseeing requirements gathering, research, testing, deployment, documentation, training and user enablement  
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and relevant solutions in the marketplace
  • Collaborate with the development of training materials and facilitate end-user training sessions
  • Partner with Salesforce and vendor teams to drive engagement, adoption, and utilization
  • Measure and report on performance, achievement, and outcomes
  • Optimize and streamline current and future Salesforce projects to ensure we are properly leveraging the system to meet/exceed business priorities.
  • Apply data governance principles to ensure the database in Salesforce is kept clean and up to date.
 Internal Responsibility
  • Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and implement SFDC solutions
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to address strategic business needs
    • Cross-system reporting for leadership with some data from Salesforce
    • Govern users and user profiles to ensure firewalls are in-tact.
  Other duties may be assigned to help drive deliverables within this role. What You Must HaveEducation and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • 5+ years of SFDC architecture
  • SFDC certification
  • Deep SFDC experience including system administration, user setup, role hierarchy, profiles and permissions, security, page layouts, objects, fields, workflow, approvals, formulas and data management
  • Experience w/ SFDC API integrations
  • Experience w/ Salesforce Shield
  • Experience with Salesforce's Marketing Tools (i.e. Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement/Pardot), including external actions and marketing app integrations
  • Experience with Digital Engagement
 Skills and Competencies
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills
  • Proficient in multi-cloud architecture
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and solve complex problems
 The Team You’ll Work Closest WithYou will work closely with your Business Operations Team as well as various other internal teams including Finance, People Operations, IT Operations, etc.
