Position Summary
As the Talent Acquisition (TA) Strategy Leader (Director) for experienced hire recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the recruiting strategy for our industry or capability group. Your focus will be on leading talent acquisition through data and metrics, driving improved recruiter efficiency and productivity while also further elevating our candidate quality, pull-through, diversity, and experience. This position is instrumental in ensuring a sustained competitive advantage for Huron.Responsibilities:
• Lead all aspects of talent acquisition for experienced hire recruiting building deep and effective relationships with industry and capability HR Strategy Leaders, Fin/Ops Leaders, and hiring managers.
• Provide strategic leadership and guidance in the development and execution of recruiting strategies, incorporating data-driven insights and metrics.
• Lead and engage a team of professional recruiters (including experienced hire recruiters and the early talent recruiting team), fostering collaboration, empowerment, high-performance, and personal development.
• Demonstrate a high level of subject matter expertise to gain followership and elevate the maturity and delivery capabilities of the team.
• Evidence strong digital fluency and the ability to understand, manage, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for experienced hire recruitment, using systems effectively, leveraging data to assess performance/outcomes, and operationalizing key changes to drive improvement on the team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to successfully convey complex workforce planning and talent acquisition concepts to stakeholders.

• Lead, measure, and mentor the recruiting team to operationalize and deliver on strategy.
• Implement a comprehensive recruiting program centered on service and process excellence.

• Utilize data and metrics to make informed decisions, ensuring continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes.
• The ability to communicate KPIs to end-users in a compelling manner that drives clarity and inspires confidence.
• Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) for productivity, quality, diversity, and candidate experience.
3. End-user Collaboration and Impact
• Make positive measurable impacts with clients and internal TA teams through project initiatives across the TA or HR organization.
• Proven track record of leadership, including a history of working with and gaining respect and confidence of senior leaders.
4. Innovative Sourcing Techniques:
• Demonstrated experience implementing innovative sourcing techniques, including AI-driven tools, talent mapping, and other advanced methods to identify and engage top candidates.
5. Technology Integration Skills:
• Proven ability to drive adoption and optimization across recruitment technologies, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), AI tools, and video interviewing platforms, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Knowledge of Future Workforce Trends:
• Stay informed about emerging trends in the workforce landscape, including remote work, gig economy, and evolving skill requirements, and adjust talent acquisition strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
Prior management consulting talent acquisition leadership experience highly desired, ideally within a Digital/Technology advisory environment.
Minimum of 5 years of in-house recruiting directorship experience.
- Recent full-cycle executive level recruiting experience within a corporate, professional services, or search firm recruiting department.
- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience leading a diverse in-house recruiting team.
