For the business unit "Simulation Solutions", we are looking for an Engineering Project Manager (m/f/d) in the field of training simulation at our location in Immenstaad as soon as possible.

In the business unit Simulation Solutions, we develop state-of-the-art training systems for the military market – from the initial idea to full operational readiness and product maintenance. Our Simsphere® Simulation Suite is designed to comprehensively train operators of real systems by realistically simulating complex training scenarios. Through realistic exercises and scenarios, the skills of the operators are enhanced, optimally preparing them for deployment. To meet the increasing demands for innovative and effective training solutions, we continuously expand our existing systems and rely on cutting-edge technologies and creative approaches. 

 

 

Your Responsibilities

• Technical leadership and coordination of projects for the development of training simulation solutions, focusing on imaging systems and complex visualization technologies
• Analysis and specification of system requirements in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to develop tailored solutions
• Development and review of system components realized by subcontractors, including the creation of technical specifications, collaboration with subcontractors, and ensuring quality and compliance with standards
• Integration and commissioning on-site at the customer’s location
• Support for the validation and verification of the developed systems
• Monitoring project progress and providing technical support for challenges
• Promoting a "hands-on" approach within the team to quickly and efficiently realize innovative solutions

 

 

Your Profile

• Completed degree in engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
• Several years of experience in engineering, ideally with training simulations or optical systems
• Solid knowledge in design and mechanics as well as in the development of projection solutions
• Experience in the practical realisation of systems
• Basic knowledge in software development
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, goal-oriented working style
• Proficient in customer interactions
• Team player with strong communication skills in interdisciplinary projects
• Proficient English language skills, both spoken and written
