Job Description:                     
        

•    Finalize the NAV process, including P&L reconciliation and allocation to investors, for open-ended and closed-ended private funds trading a credit strategy; identify and resolve discrepancies with third-party fund administrators and internal teams.
•    Calculate and reconcile the management and performance fees in accordance with the funds’ governing documents.
•    Prepare and/or review capital calls and distributions allocations and notifications. 
•    Verify client capital account statements in collaboration with third-party administrators. 
•    Prepare and/or review annual audited financial statements and coordinate with external auditors for the year-end audit process 
•    Prepare and/or review performance reporting, Blackstone reporting deliverables, and other ad hoc client or management requests
•    Prepare and/or review regulatory reporting, investor letters, and custom client reporting
•    Collaborate with various internal teams including Operations, Investor Relations, Management Reporting, Tax, and Legal and Compliance.
•    Oversee offshore and onshore resources to ensure accurate and timely preparation of files and provide additional training/professional development as needed 
•    Prepare and/or review expense allocations, operating expense budgets, and vendor expense payments
•    Review fund legal documents and continue to streamline or build processes and templates

Qualifications:    

             
•    BS (or above) in Accounting or Finance is required
•    CPA license is preferred
•    3+ years of public/private accounting experience
•    Experience with credit products (loans, CLOs, bonds, revolvers, delayed draws) and Fund of Funds is preferred
•    Advanced Excel skills required
•    Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy, including commitment to excellence in work product
•    Strong desire to learn and be a collaborative team player
•    Proactive self-starter
•    Possesses a strong work ethic, professional integrity, and a positive attitude
•    Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
•    Highly organized with strong time management and multi-tasking skills

Expected annual base salary range:

$100,000 - $140,000
