DriveTime Family of Brands is a dynamic and innovative organization dedicated to Creating Opportunities and Improving Lives. We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HRIS Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR technology, data management, and system optimization.

The HRIS Intern will be responsible for things like:

• Assist in maintaining and updating HR systems and databases.

• Support HR data entry, reporting, and analytics to improve decision-making.

• Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT and HR teams for resolutions.

• Conduct research on HR technology trends and recommend process improvements.

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality in all HR systems.

• Assist in employee onboarding, system training, and documentation.

• Support HR projects related to automation, compliance, and process efficiency.

• Organization and time management skills in spades.  You’ll be handling multiple projects and deadlines that will require you to prioritize then re-prioritize… then… re-prioritize again.

The Specifics:

• You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s with a graduation date of December 2026 – May 2027

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.

• You have a GPA of 3.5 or higher

• Our internship program will be 11 weeks starting May 2026 to August 2026

• You can expect a regular on-site schedule Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week

• Relocation not provided for internship

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HRIS platforms, and data analysis tools.

• Attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Interest in HR technology, data management, and system optimization.
