HR Business Partner

Description -

The HR Business Partner will provide overall HR leadership to the business leaders in the Supply Chain/Enterprise Operations organization. This role will engage extensively with L2 and L3 leaders to establish and implement the people strategy in support of business objectives, spanning across talent development, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee productivity and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Partners closely with business leaders to link the organizational business and workforce strategies to improve organization effectiveness, talent quality, and performance.
  • Works on complex problems where analysis of situation or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
  • Leads talent management strategy and process to develop world-class executive talent.
  • Establish and implement overall workforce strategy, organizational design, change management and workforce planning to drive business transformation.
  • Aligns performance management and reward systems to drive and reinforce a culture of high performance and innovation within the client groups.
  • Champions career development and recognition initiatives to elevate and sustain high level of employee engagement.
  • Ensures HR programs and plans are aligned to the business priorities and monitors effectiveness through the tracking of key measures.
  • Balances corporate, function, geographic and business needs in deploying HR programs to the business unit.
  • Works closely with HR Centers of Excellence and country HR to ensure implementation of the various initiatives and programs across the client groups.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in HR functions, organizational change initiatives, workforce plans, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $115,850 to $178,400 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.​
