SUMMARY:
Discover, evaluate, and implement new technology for all Owlet Baby Care Android and iOS mobile applications. Manage and mentor Android and iOS engineering direct reports to promptly deliver quality software applications for products using IoT devices. Review and manage software coding and architecture by Android and iOS engineers to ensure. Assess performance metrics for members of Android and iOS engineering teams. As needed, write advanced code for complex applications. Oversee proper use of test-driven software development, continuous build, and integration methodologies. Provide consistent, actionable, and transparent feedback during regular one-on-one meetings with all Mobile engineering team members. Provide Mobile engineers with support and guidance in accomplishing their career goal.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
Experience: Three years of experience in the job offered or in a position involving software development or a related field
Skills: Kotlin, Java, Coroutines and Concurrency Management, dependency Injection, Bitrise, Bluetooth & Wi-Fi Communication.
Alternative Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
Experience: Five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a position involving software development or a related field
Skills: Kotlin, Java, Coroutines and Concurrency Management, dependency Injection, Bitrise, Bluetooth & Wi-Fi Communication.
