Position Overview:
This is a full-time, year-round, skilled position requiring the employee to perform a variety of office support functions; including, but not limited to accurate reporting and documentation of testing results and creating detailed invoices.
Essential DutEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Typing, filing, receipting cash sales, preparing and reconciling bank deposit, accurate data entry, copying, preparing, shipping, and distributing courier packages, daily composition and editing correspondence, etc.…
- Accurately report test results in a timely manner.
- Promptly report non-compliant tests to project superintendent when applicable.
- Maintain daily record of test results, prepare daily reports, and submit results to project lead technician or main lab supervisor.
- Track completed lab work and create detailed invoices of work done during previous week.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write clearly and effectively.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Proficiency in Excel is required, with knowledge of other Microsoft Office Software preferred.
- Operate office equipment including, but not limited to telephone, computers, copiers, fax machines, printers, etc.…
- Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute.
- Knowledge of basic office practices and protocol.
