Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experience Procurement Analyst (Level 3) to join our dynamic Commercial Compliance team at our Dallas, TX location.

The selected candidate will serve as a training analyst, developing BGS Supply Chain Commercial training programs. The selected individual will need to collaborate with the BGS Supply Chain Commercial training lead as well as our procurement teams to understand business required trainings to develop. You will work as part of a team alongside subject matter experts in supply chain, operations, data analysis, process development and planning. This role requires a highly organized person capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute training programs for BGS Commercial Spares and Services

• Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training requirements

• Oversee the scheduling and logistical planning of training sessions, including securing venues and materials

• Ensure effective delivery of training programs

• Analyze feedback and performance data to identify areas of improvement.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain

• 3+ years of experience in delivering training solutions

• Competency in using training tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Video Editing, Internal Resources)

• 3+ years of experience in project management

• 3+ years of experience engaging in senior level communications and presentation development

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field

• Self-starter who can identify opportunities and drive initiatives

• Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $78,000 - $111,000
