Shifts: In general we offer 8 and 12 hour shifts for our RN and LPN positions. We have openings for full-time (30+ hours weekly) and part-time (up to 29 hours weekly) positions.

  • Days: 6am-2:30pm (Part-Time)

Role:

We are seeking a dedicated RN - Registered Nurse or LPN- Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team! The Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for the comprehensive nursing care of residents in the Community, as well as effectively communicating with team members, families, physicians, and allied health professionals.


Responsibilities:

  • Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse ensures provision of quality nursing care in accordance with Federal, State, and Company requirements based on acuity of residents
  • Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse makes daily rounds to each resident to ascertain the resident’s condition and comfort
  • Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse follows safety policies in performing nursing care, assuring resident safety 
  • Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse follows infection control guidelines
  • Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse initiates procedures to protect residents from injury and infection
  • Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse assess and evaluate resident change of condition and institute appropriate interventions 
  • Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse communicates with the Physician as indicated by resident needs or status and assure follow through; maintain hand-off communications with oncoming shift regarding resident care needs.
  • Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse oversees direct care staff and ensures staff complete tasks and cares as assigned.
  • Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse Speak, reads and writes the English language in an understandable manner.
  • Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse has the ability to apply principles of basic general math.
