Clinic Director / Partner – Physical Therapist
Location: NEW Clinic Build in the Albuquerque Metropolitan Area
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 base (depending on experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead day-to-day operations of the clinic
• Deliver high-quality, individualized patient care
• Build relationships with referral sources and the local community
• Manage and develop clinical staff
• Ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met

What We’re Looking For:

• Physical Therapist with active NM license (or eligibility)
• Graduate of an APTA-accredited program
• Experience in clinic leadership or business development preferred
