COMPENSATION: $115K-$125K
SUMMARY OF POSITION
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce CRM Lead to lead our Salesforce implementation and drive the strategic use of the platform to enhance customer relationships and business processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful CRM implementations.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Salesforce Implementation and Customization:
◦ Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user requirements.
◦ Customize Salesforce solutions to meet specific organizational needs, leveraging declarative and programmatic tools.
• Team Leadership:
◦ Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators/developers.
◦ Provide guidance on best practices, development standards, and emerging Salesforce technologies.
◦ Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
• Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development:
◦ Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for Salesforce CRM, aligning it with overall business goals.
◦ Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Integration and Data Management:
◦ Oversee the integration of Salesforce CRM with other business systems.
◦ Ensure data integrity and quality within Salesforce, implementing best practices for data governance.
• Analytics and Reporting:
◦ Design and implement robust reporting and analytics solutions within Salesforce.
◦ Utilize Salesforce reporting tools to provide insights into sales performance, customer behavior, and other key metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years proven experience leading Salesforce CRM implementations.
- Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications are required; additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer) are a plus.
- Experience with CPQ.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes, sales methodologies, and customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
