Primarily working in a standard five business day work schedule. However, the position leads 24 hour operations and will have varied responsibilities that may take place outside of the standard schedule.
Pay Range
$68.20 - $102.30Major Responsibilities
- Provides enterprise leadership and strategic direction for all EMS operations, including 911 response, interfacility transports, specialty and critical care transports, and nonemergent mobility services.
- Oversees systemwide EMS clinical and operational excellence, ensuring safe, protocol driven care delivery across BLS, ALS, wheelchair, ambulatory, and specialty transport programs.
- Leads EMS workforce strategy and education pipelines, including recruitment, training, credentialing, and professional development of EMTs, Advanced EMTs, Paramedics, and other personnel to meet current and future system demand
