As the Talent Acquisition Business Partner you will be responsible for both Direct Hire and Temporary recruitment needs in the US. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing all external recruiters. 

  • Identify qualified candidates and manage the recruitment process from requisition creation through offer acceptance, which includes screening, interviewing, scheduling interviews, manager debrief, offer discussion and requisition closure
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring objectives and develop a plan that yields success, while continuously providing updates on the status of the requisition to the hiring manager 
  • Serve as the primary source of recruitment advice, consultation and education for all Talent Acquisition questions for candidates and hiring managers
  • Develop and execute progressive integrated recruitment solutions utilizing multiple avenues including direct sourcing, social networking, industry networking, employee referrals, internet sourcing, targeted advertising and college/university outreach. In certain instances, partner with external recruiter
  • Manage the internal and external job posting process, as well as, manage external recruiter.  This includes reviewing external recruiter candidate submission, scheduling interviews and hiring manager communication. Ensure a current recruiting agreement is in place with favorable terms according to department guidelines 
  • Update EEO information including sending requests to self-identify, maintaining files of resumes/applications and ensure that all legal disclaimers are listed appropriately in the posting
  • Manages applicant flow accurately and consistently leveraging the applicant tracking system 
  • Create and present weekly requisition status reports for the designated area
  • Performs additional duties or assignments as directed by management

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years’ experience

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of demonstrated external full cycle recruitment experience in an agency or corporate settings (blended is preferred) from developing requisitions, writing ads, online database searches, social media recruitment and cold calling candidates to develop a recruitment strategy and creative recruitment solutions. 
  • Previous med device recruiting a plus. 
  • Must be fluent in using web-based recruiting tools, including social media, job boards and applicant tracking systems 
  • Experience working in a centralized, high volume, on-line recruiting function is preferred 
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with all stakeholders: managers, human resources, candidates, vendors and external recruiters
  • Team player; ability to coach managers through the interview process 
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong process management skills, detail orientation and time management skills. 
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities in a high volume, fast paced environment 
  • Strive to provide an excellent candidate experience
  • Willingness to travel (5%)
