Job Summary:

• Safety first, PPE Required, safety glasses and gloves provided are required on the shop floor.
• Steel toe shoes are always required
• Electrical Wire role consists of tasks in the electrical field
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
• Safety glasses and gloves provided are required on the shop floor.
• Able to use tools (wire strippers, drills, utility knives, caulking guns, etc.)
• Ability to pull wire to components, through raceways, and to panels as an individual.
• Also, terminating wires that will go to components inside of units. 
• Overall willingness to learn daily and become knowledgeable of tasks.
• Meet daily production requirements during the allotted time frames.
• Will be trained in all necessary areas to become successful.
• Working with peers to accomplish daily goals.
• Trouble shooting in areas needed when problems occur when the units malfunction.
•  No powered-up duties required, all units are disconnected.
• The ability to Install receptacles, transformers, and while following documenting procedures.
• All required tools are provided by Munters.  

Essential Function and Responsibilities:

• Work from production schedules, bills of material (BOM), drawings, diagrams, schematics, Engineering Change Notifications (ECN), and work instructions.

• Identify, validate and inspect components, subassemblies, and purchased parts required to meet electrical specifications and job requirements of standard HVAC units and assist with component validation on custom units as required. Notify supervisor or cell leader of any material discrepancies.

• Make and install pre-assembled wiring harness, when possible, drill holes, bend and install conduit (liquid-Tite, EMT and rigid) as required.  Pull electrical components in unit and to electrical panels.  Connect / terminate wiring to motors, power supplies, blowers, electrical panels and other accessories. Install sub-assemblies to electrical enclosures. Install defined sensors and controllers.

• Install required labels for electrical components. Upon completion of the wiring process, check to ensure proper electrical operation of the HVAC unit. Clean unit and work area.

• Complete quality assurance inspection and in-process paperwork.

• Maintain safe, and organized work area. Notify supervisor, cell leader or other appropriate resource when problems arise concerning equipment, operations, materials, inventory, or documentation.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs as required, with proper lifting procedures
• Must be able to climb ladders, stoop, kneel, bend, and lift
• Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time and continuous movement (walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, raising arms above head, awkward positioning at times, and being limber)
•  Maintaining dexterity and stamina.
• Must be alert and attentive constantly for all areas and/or person(s).
• Have good hand eye coordination.
• Fast-paced production lines require sustained physical exertion.

Work Conditions:

• Working in a busy area where 5s is expected to be maintained.
• Safety is a priority first! Capability to go up and down ladders.
•  Being able to go on top of units, heights required.
• In this event all employees will have a harness connected to our safety system above head.
• Inside job non-air-conditioned area.
•  Designated smoking areas outside only. No tobacco usage inside of plant as follows smokeless tobacco, vaping etc.
•  No open containers of any kind.
• All drinks must have a cap. All food must be consumed in break areas. Employees are
