Site Security Manager

NXP is seeking a candidate to manage security operations at a large manufacturing site located in Chandler, Arizona and will be reporting to the Americas, Regional Security Manager. This individual will be responsible for day to day security operations and protection of company assets to include, the management and support of additional NXP operations or facilities.
Qualifications
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- A minimum of four years’ experience in industrial security, law enforcement, military or a combination thereof.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment a plus.
- Prior experience conducting investigations or managing loss prevention activities a plus.
Must also possess and be able to demonstrate the following:
- Proven leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess problem solving and project management fundamentals
- Self-starter with strong work ethic.
- Sound knowledge of physical security practices and principles.
- Knowledge of risk assessment techniques.
- Ability to investigate and manage security incidents.
- High standard of ethics combined with ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Experience with financial management, forecasting and planning.
- Experience in disaster recovery, contingency planning and/or crisis management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to relate to employees at all levels.
- Ability to provide timely, proactive, creative, and practical reports and solutions.
- Demonstrated presentation and instructional skills.
- Knowledge of access control and closed-circuit monitoring systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite software
- Experience supporting ISO 15408/Common Criteria, C-TPAT, CFATS, SOX a plus
- Personal Protection Specialist (PPS), Physical Security Professional (PSP), Professional Certified Investigator (PCI), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or Certified Protection Professional (CPP) is a plus
