Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced HRIS System Analyst with a strong background in Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, Lever ATS, and other HR systems. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in Success Factors Employee Central administration, with a focus on configuration, integration, business rules, workflow management, data loads, data management, advance reporting, and success factors certification. Experience with SAP replication and supporting employees globally is also required.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the HRIS system, primarily focused on Employee Central and onboarding 2.0
  • Configure and customize the HRIS system to meet the organization's HR needs, including creating and managing business rules, workflows, and data loads
  • Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements, integrations, and new features
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues or user inquiries related to Success Factors Employee Central.
  • Manage and ensure data integrity and accuracy within the HRIS system, including regular audits and data clean-up activities
  • Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using Success reporting center.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of the HRIS system with other HR systems and applications, including SAP replication
  • Support employees globally by providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance on HR system-related matters
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in HR technology, particularly in the areas of Employee Central, onboarding 2.0 and Lever ATS
  • Provide training and support to HR and other end-users on system functionalities and best practices
  • Maintain system documentation, including user guides, process flows, and system configurations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Sr. HRIS System Analyst , with a focus on Employee Central, onboarding 2.0, and Lever ATS
  • Must have hands-on Employee Central Success Factors experience
  • Strong knowledge and 7 plus years experience in Success Factors Employee Central  configuration, integration, business rules, workflow management, data loads, and data management
  • Experience with SAP replication and supporting employees globally
  • Proficient in creating advanced reports and dashboards using HRIS reporting tools
  • Success Factors certification would be a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and end-users
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

A reasonable estimate of salary range for a new employee to be offered this role would be between $98,000- $130,000, which would be adjusted based on each employee's geographic location.  The position of each employee within a compensation range at Nielsen is dependent on several individual circumstances, such as experience, training, certifications and other business requirements/needs.
