Job Description

• Executing communication and adaptation projects for International clients under the guidance of your supervisor;
• Building and maintaining good relations with the client;
  Supporting the team in preparing client presentations, cost estimates, schedules, and project summaries;
• Supporting the team with the quality and timeliness of completed tasks;
• Working closely with other agency departments: creative, strategic, social media, and production;
• Supporting the supervisor in administrative tasks on ongoing projects on selected categories.

Qualifications

• One year experience in a customer service department in an advertising agency;
• Organizational and task prioritization skills;
• Responsibility for assigned tasks;
• Conscientiousness, meticulousness, and commitment to projects;
• Excellent time and work organization skills;
• Ability to work under time pressure.
• Ability to easily establish contact and build a long-term relationship with the client;
• Very good verbal and written English language skills.
