Manager Client Implementations

What does a successful Manager Client Implementations do at Fiserv?

You will manage a team of technical analysts and programmers who transfer and de-convert work for Fiserv clients. You will lead a team, that moves portfolios from one Fiserv client to another within the Fiserv Optis processing platform. You will manage work of a de-conversion team to produce files and provide support to a client that is de-converting from the Fiserv Optis system.

What you will do:

• Manage the team in various human resource activities, determining project workload, assigning work, monitoring project deliverables, and providing management oversight to the team
• Balance client facing duties in such areas as explaining to a client high level aspects of a transfer or de-conversion
• Blend resource management with managerial oversight of projects
• Have an opportunity to use both technical and analytical skills, to gain knowledge of the payment processing industry and Fiserv applications and products, and to use the soft skills required to work effectively with clients

 What you will need to have:

• 3+ years of experience in IT management, or 4+ years of IT Tech Lead experience
• 3+ years of experience managing rapid change in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
• 3+ years of experience working in a diverse and challenging environment
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and military experience

What would be great to have:

• Experience with Fiserv Optis production programs and processes
• De-conversion experience
• Credit Card Issuing industry experience  
• Proven ability to manage and mitigate risks to project delivery
