• Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of events, both on-site and off-site.

• Coordinate logistics including vendors, schedules, materials, and venue arrangements.

• Support the events manager with administrative tasks and project timelines.

• Communicate with clients and partners to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.

• Manage inventory, event supplies, and documentation efficiently.

• Contribute creative ideas for event themes, layouts, and guest engagement strategies.
