Cleveland Clinic’s M30 Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (ICU) provides inpatient care for infants, children, adolescents and young adults who have a wide variety of acute and chronic medical and surgical needs. As a Registered Nurse (RN) Resident, you will participate in a year-long residency program, customized to fit you, your needs and your pace, where you will provide direct nursing care, be paired with a coach that guides you toward success, develop clinical judgement, cultivate excellent communication skills and acquire complex nursing skills.
