Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for an Fertility RN Coordinator - Team Lead to join our team remote team at Shady Grove Fertility.

• Schedule: Every other Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and holidays that fall on your assigned weekend.
• Compensation: $40 to $50 per hour (commensurate with experience)

In this role, the Fertility RN Coordinator - Team Lead will:

• Help to plan and organize Clinical Services responsibilities to increase staff efficiency and best utilize the staffs’ skills and abilities
• Help to set goals for Clinical Services staff and motivates staff to accomplish the goals
• Coordinate the effective delivery of patient services by monitoring patient flow and program operations.
• Assist with the training and orientation of staff.
• Administer performance appraisal evaluations for clinical staff 
• Assist in addressing and resolving day-to-day issues that pertain to clinical operations.
• Assist primary nurses with coverage as needed and monitors workloads
• Handle patient issues/complaints

Qualifications and Skills Include:

• Fertility Experience is Required; 2 years minimum
• Valid RN License or willing to obtain upon hire.
• BS in nursing, healthcare administration, education, or business management required.  
• Leadership/Supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to work well independently and demonstrate good judgment along with the ability to function as a member of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team
• Knowledge of clinical procedures, program operations, computer software, and equipment.
