Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans for residents
• Work closely with the Occupational Therapist to monitor and track progress
• Help residents improve their daily living skills through hands-on therapy
• Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date
• Provide compassionate care while fostering a positive, supportive environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Active COTA certification
• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
