As a Production Associate, you will play a vital role in overseeing the assembly and preparation of products. Utilizing your growing expertise, you will work closely with various departments to ensure quality standards are met and that products are ready for production according to specifications. You will be a key contributor to ensuring deadlines are met and that production processes are smooth and efficient.
In this role, you will report to the Manager. Fulfillment and work onsite at our St. Cloud, MN office.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct quality checks on assembled products and resolve minor issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure production deadlines are achieved.
• Support and oversee the preparation of production materials.
• Maintain comprehensive production records and documentation.
• Train new team members on basic production protocols and equipment use.
• Monitor inventory levels and request materials as needed to prevent production delays.
• Operate production equipment and perform minor maintenance tasks.
• Assist in compiling production cost estimates and working with procurement to control expenses.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all production and safety standards.
Skills:
• Quality Control: Ability to conduct quality checks and ensure materials meet standards.
• Intermediate Tool Proficiency: Proficient with intermediate-level production tools and equipment.
• Coordination Skills: Effective coordination abilities to manage timelines and teams.
• Documentation Management: Competence in maintaining accurate production records.
• Training Skills: Capable of guiding and training new team members.
• Inventory Management: Ability to monitor and manage inventory levels.
• Maintenance Knowledge: Basic understanding of equipment maintenance.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze production data and suggest improvements.

Compensation:
