We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Services Clinic team. This role is ideal for an RN with geriatrics experience who thrives in a collaborative, resident-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and respond to resident needs, including emergency triage and EMS coordination.

• Support clinic operations by assisting providers, maintaining exam/treatment areas, and ensuring supply readiness.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and external partners, addressing concerns promptly.

• Maintain accurate medical tracking (Annual Wellness, PT/INR, and 7-day medication programs) and coordinate with pharmacy services.

• Collaborate with clinic nurses and leadership to ensure staffing coverage and smooth workflow.

• Uphold Springmoor’s safety policies, clinical protocols, and quality standards.

 

Qualifications

• Required: Current RN license in the State of North Carolina.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in geriatrics or similar healthcare setting.

• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to stay calm in emergencies.

• Leadership, organizational, and time management abilities.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Physically and mentally able to meet role demands.
