Zoro Tools, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Software Engineering in Chicago, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related technical field plus 5 years related experience. Prior experience must include: Develop complex logic and strategic technical solutions using Java, Python, C#, HTML and design advanced analytics platforms that measure, monitor and transform organizational initiatives using Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, Tableau, Looker, SAP BO and Google analytics; Architect, configure, design, develop and support critical software applications, data platform, analytics, and reporting systems, essential for business using cloud-native GCP and AWS technologies, while maintaining quality, governance, privacy and security; Lead, recruit and mentor high-performing agile teams by setting goals, strategies and building collaborative partnerships across business and IT stakeholders and track progress via management tools like Asana, Zoho, JIRA and Trello; Build complex big data and analytics solutions, data modeling, data mining and pipelines using Informatica, Pentaho, SAP, Spark, Kafka for Oracle, MongoDB, Snowflake, Redshift, MySQL and Postgres databases using Hadoop, NoSQL & SQL technologies; Perform empirical research, operational planning, budget, decision making, on-call support and solve complex technology problems through quantitative statistical analysis for content marketing, media, telecommunication, banking and financial services domains.
