Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will use data, business insights, and strategic thinking to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and drive measurable results.<br><br>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys going beyond reporting and analysis—someone who can translate data into recommendations, influence decisions, and help bring ideas to life.<br><br>You will:<br><br>- Analyze marketplace and business performance to identify trends, opportunities, and operational challenges;<br>- Use data and insights to understand customer behavior, market dynamics, and growth opportunities;<br>- Support pricing and marketplace initiatives that improve business performance and customer experience;<br>- Investigate business challenges, develop hypotheses, and recommend data-driven solutions;<br>- Build business cases and evaluate the potential impact of strategic initiatives;<br>- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to execute projects and measure results;<br>- Support testing and experimentation initiatives to drive continuous improvement;<br>- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a structured and detail-oriented approach;<br>- Contribute to a culture of innovation, learning, and data-driven decision making.<br><br><br><br><br>What do we offer?<br>- An attractive salary of €4,150 gross per month based on a 40-hour contract;<br>- A 2-year contract;<br>- 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday allowance;<br>- Pension plan from day one of employment;<br>- Access to the Adecco <br><br>
