Summary
The Analyst - Vehicle Logistics position is responsible for supporting the GLOVIS Transportation Network by updating Logistics Planning specific reports and conducting in-depth analysis that will lead to better overall optimization.
Responsibilities
• Complete & publish Expense/Revenue Performance Report monthly
• Complete & publish HMA Alternative Shipments on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
• Submit ALEC data each Quarter
• Conduct ad-hoc reporting for Vehicle Logistics Planning
• Analyze logistics data, using methods such as data mining, data modeling, or cost or benefit analysis
• Perform analysis to contribute in optimizing transportation network
• Procurement Analysis Support
• Support operations team in providing rates and miles of new dealers and communicate with the carriers ensuring their confirmation
• Provide study rates to Business Development
• Plan haul-away
• Occasional Route and network maintenance in ITMS, Routing Guide and creating rate schedules for carriers
Compensation Range
$52,000 - $56,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Skills:
• Basic computer skills such as Excel, Word and Office required
• Ability to organize and be detailed orientated required
• Customer service skills required
Education & Experience
• HS Diploma/GED required
◦ Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1 - 2 years of direct experience required
◦ 2 - 5 years of direct experience preferred
• Clerical experience preferred
