Senior VFX Artist

We are looking for a talented Senior ​VFX Artist with enthusiasm to join our great team on the exciting new project, Animated Feature TAD 4!!
​You will be responsible for designing, creating and simulation of ​effects.

First of all, you're probably interested in knowing that...we offer 100% remote work!

• Create a wide range of high quality visual effects.
• Make sure that visual effects look believable and consistent with the style of the animation.
• Maximize the project's visual spectacularity.
• Optimize effects for performance while retaining look.
• Work closely with the Director to maintain visual consistency and with the rest of the VFX pipeline to create seamless integration into shots.
• Find the best technical and creative solutions in order to meet production needs.
• Be up to date on current and emerging visual effect trends and technology so you can contribute to new techniques and workflows.
• Ability to work autonomously and independently in a fully remote environment, with that comes the supreme individual responsibility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and maintain your own initiative.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Great team player, create a collaborative and welcoming environment.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload and within budgets, adhere to the production schedule and deliver completed assignments on time.
• Align with the style, sensibility of the project and the Director vision.

WE WILL MAKE THE PERFECT MATCH IF YOU HAVE:

• 5+ years of professional experience from either animation TV series or feature animation movie.
• Strong experience with Houdini.
• Knowledge of Nuke or any other composition software is a plus.
• Strong visual awareness and artistic ability, having a good eye for composition, color, light and shadow.
• Develop tools used in FX to enhance pipeline and ability to execute systems developed by other FX artists.
• Ability to create streamlined set ups that can be used by the rest of the team.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and implement it effectively, to reach the quality desired.
• Anticipation and quick reaction for problem solving.
• Demonstrate great autonomy and proactivity in your work.
• Great attention to detail.
• Outstanding interpersonal and collaborative skills.
