  • Support project managers in the preparation of project documentation, coordination of project deliverables, and tracking of project progress.
  • Assist in organizing project data, maintaining schedules, and preparing presentations or reports for internal and client meetings.
  • Contribute to the design and development of technical deliverables.
  • Participate in research, data analysis, and technical studies to support design or project planning activities.
  • Assist with proposal development and other business development initiatives as needed.
  • Occasionally support site visits or construction coordination activities to observe how projects are delivered and work with the teams involved in the delivery process.
  • Work in a manner that promotes the health, safety, and well-being of Stantec employees, clients, and the public.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Strong interest in the project management process and willingness to learn while helping deliver healthcare, transportation, and commercial projects.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills in both written and verbal contexts.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to adapt to new tools, processes, and project requirements as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to occasionally visit project sites and observe construction activities.

Education and Experience

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Coursework or exposure to design or construction management topics preferred.
  • Previous internship or co-op experience in an engineering or construction environment is an asset but not required.
