Helium Mobile is looking for a Content Creator who is deeply passionate about crafting engaging content that drives brand awareness and sparks conversation. You will be the voice of Helium Mobile across multiple platforms, creating a buzz and building a community that’s as passionate about mobile connectivity as we are.

💡 What You’ll Do:

• Content Creation & Strategy: Own the content creation process across Helium Mobile’s social media channels. From Instagram Reels to TikTok challenges, you’ll design and execute video content that captivates and engages a growing audience.
• Brand Voice & Tone: Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand voice that feels fresh, authentic, and aligned with Helium Mobile’s rebellious spirit. 
• Trendspotting: Stay ahead of the curve by tracking industry trends, emerging platforms, and viral content. Use this insight to drive new initiatives and keep our brand top-of-mind.
• Community Building: Foster a positive and engaging online community, responding to comments, messages, and conversations with energy and enthusiasm.
• Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create campaigns that increase brand visibility and drive growth. Think big, push boundaries, and make it memorable.
• Analytics: Track performance metrics across all platforms and deliver insights on what’s working (and what’s not), making data-driven recommendations to improve reach and engagement.
• Collaboration & Ideation: Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment with brand campaigns, product launches, and special events.

💸 Compensation - The Whole Picture

• Salary
• The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
• Pay varies depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area.  For candidates outside of metro market areas, we use the state average.
• The salary pay scales for the target experience and target skill set, by US location, are as follows:  
• Tier 1 (e.g. SF, NYC): $101K-$130K
• Tier 2 (e.g. Boston, Seattle, DC, CA State Avg):  $91K-$116K
• Tier 3 (e.g. Portland, Austin, Denver, Chicago, Detroit): $86K-$110K
• Tier 4 (e.g. Columbus, Raleigh-Durham, SLC, Orlando, Eugene): $81K-$105K
