Quality Engineer

Responsible for planning, analyzing, and developing testing and quality work, as well as contributing to product and process improvements.
Key Tasks:
Develop test plans based on customer requirements, standards, and internal specifications.
Analyze test results and drive corrective/improvement actions.
Participate in development projects and product changes.
Develop and improve test methods and quality processes.
Conduct and follow up on advanced testing (including SAT).
Serve as the point of contact for customers, suppliers, and authorities regarding quality issues.
Support and guide technicians in their testing and quality work.

Requirements:
Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
Several years of experience in testing, quality, or product development.
Strong analytical skills and experience in troubleshooting/root cause analysis.
Experience working in projects and with requirements management.
Good understanding of quality standards and processes.
