The Work:
- Lead all aspects of technical design of Workday solutioning including; Integrations, Data Conversion, Extend, Reporting and Prism. Provide guidance and direction to Integrations and Data Conversion Leads
- Oversee integration, Data conversion, Reporting/Prism delivery and ensure best practices are being utilized in support of federal clients.
- Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns applications between the PMO and client technical leadership.
- Work with client technical management to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or time frames.
- Ensures timelines and quality of technical scope work.
Here is what you need:
- 6+ years of experience supporting technical Workday leadership and solutioning for deployments in Integrations, Data Conversion, Reporting, Extend and/or Prism.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering Workday implementations in a lead role.
- Experience managing cross functional teams.
- Ability to travel according to client needs.
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
