Position Summary

 

It’s more than a quality product in a quality package. It’s more than driving sales and revenue. It’s about educating consumers on how to enhance the relationship with their pets. Or how they can feed their pet to minimize allergies. It’s about making pet food, snacks, and litter a shopping experience. And contributing to the world in such a way that we can impact the chances of every dog or cat living a healthier life. As a Partnership Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with the Director of Partnership Marketing to develop and execute the strategic approach for all existing and future entertainment partnerships. You’ll have the opportunity to that will execute the strategies that drive positive shifts in overall brand perception and demonstrate our core belief that people and pets are better together.

 

  • Lead the execution of the organization’s entertainment partnerships with current and future partners
  • Manage agency partners to ensure they are properly briefed and are executing all contractual assets
  • Develop KPIs across partnership portfolio in conjunction with Consumer Insights team to build a roadmap for success
  • Create consisting brand experience and messaging across all activations to support the broader long-term entertainment marketing strategy
  • Serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert to guide internal teams across the organization as they explore utilizing entertainment partnerships as a marketing channel
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content
  • Attend weekly internal, partner, and agency team meetings & quarterly planning sessions
  • Work with media team to develop media plan to amplify partnerships 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • 7+ years of professional experience with 2+ of those years in partnership marketing

 

Other

  • Experience working with production companies, networks and streamers
  • Up to 25% travel

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $125,000 to $145,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
