Job Description
As the National Account Manager, eCommerce, you will be the strategic leader for Moen's eCommerce business on Lowes.com. You'll own the commercial success of the account, driving sales and profitability while serving as the central hub for cross-functional collaboration. As the primary point of contact for all digital matters, you'll ensure Moen's brand is optimized across every customer touchpoint on the platform.
Location: While this role is eligible for a remote schedule, candidates must reside within 1 hour of our Mooresville, NC office.
Salary: $105,000 - $120,000/year + sales incentive bonus. We will provide a company car, laptop, and cell phone to ensure you are successful.
What you will be doing:
Commercial Strategy & Sales Ownership
- Lead the commercial strategy for Lowes.com, aligning digital initiatives with company-wide business goals
- Manage the trade fund budget to ensure favorable financial outcomes and a strong return on investment
- Oversee the development and execution of the digital promotional calendar, managing a mix of paid media and content marketing to create a cohesive customer experience
- Use data to analyze the commercial impact of all digital efforts. Conduct deep-dive analysis of Key Performance Indicators (sales growth and return on ad spend) to inform future strategy and provide actionable reporting to senior leadership
- Own weekly and monthly sales analysis for Lowes.com to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend promotional strategies to the sales team
Account & Partnership Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Lowes.com's, including Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, and IT.
- Act as the primary contact for Lowes.com merchant teams, communicating new product launches, promotional plans, and performance updates.
- Serve as the "voice of the customer" within Moen, sharing insights with internal stakeholders
- Lead the planning, creation, and delivery of online product presentations
eCommerce & Digital Leadership
- Optimize product listings and content to maximize discoverability and conversion
- Leverage data and market insights to identify trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to share with internal teams to drive continuous improvement
- Troubleshoot operational challenges that may impact digital sales (out-of-stock, pricing discrepancies, content errors)
- Explore and spearhead new strategic growth opportunities including beta programs, platform features, and AI-driven tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams (Digital Product Content and Retail Media) to manager Moen's online product pages and ensure a cohesive and optimized online strategy, including managing high-resolution imagery, video, and enhanced content
- Collaborate with our Retail Media Manager to execute paid media strategy, including budget and performance tracking
- Actively work to minimize product transition and return costs, ensuring key financial metrics are met
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of business experience, including 2+ years in a National Account Management role
- Experience in the home improvement channel
- Strong understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing, including managing retail media campaigns and optimizing digital shelf content.
- Analytical thinker with ability to use data to drive strategy
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to "tell a story with data" to senior leaders
- Skilled using Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint)
